How far out do you book?
For custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance, though we do require a minimum of 2 weeks. You’re always welcome to check for last-minute availability. We’ll do our best to make it happen!

For Cheat Treats and Treat Boxes, we recommend 2 months’ notice to secure your date.
Do you offer pick up services?
Yes! We offer two convenient pickup locations. One just 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport and another in Winter Garden, around 20 mins from Disney.
Please contact us to schedule your pickup time at the location that works best for you.
Do you offer local delivery services?
Yes! We service some select areas of Winter Garden, Windermere and Horizon West.
How much is delivery fee?
Our delivery fee is $12.50.
For custom cakes, the delivery fee is $15 due to the special care required for transport.
Order changes
Any design or product changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior delivery date.
Do you cater to allergies?
Our products contain dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, and nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination.
Do you deliver to Disney Resorts and Good Neighbor Hotels?
YES!! We offer non-contact delivery service to Disney Resorts and *most* surrounding Hotels.
Do you deliver to Universal & Sea World Resorts?
No, we don't. Unfortunately, these Resorts don't accept any third-party perishable products,
Do you deliver to Non-Disney Resorts?
YES! Just provide the name of the resort, and we’ll confirm if it’s within our delivery zone. Please note that the delivery fee may vary.
Important: The front desk must be able to accept and hold the order on your behalf or you must be present at window of delivery to receive it.
Delivery Policy

We offer delivery services to Front Desk or Bell Service of Disney Resorts and some Good Neighbor hotels.

Disney Resort and Good Neighbor Hotels are contactless.

Our delivery time frame to Disney Resorts and Surrounding areas is from 10am to 4:30pm. This time may be affected by weather and/or traffic conditions. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Confirmation number of the reservation and full name of the lead guest are required to request our delivery services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior delivery date to be eligible for refund.

Cancellations within 14 days and 48 hours prior delivery date, are eligible to a 95% refund of the total order value. The remaining 5% will be used to cover processing fees and administrative costs associated with order cancellations.

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund. These refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for lost or damaged products are not guaranteed but may be given on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for items not picked up from the Resort.

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. This is not an Allergy-free kitchen.
At The Cheat Day Factory, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice.
​Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. The Cheat Day Factory will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.
