We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. If you require to pick up your order on any of those days, we can schedule your delivery for the previous day.
We are located in Winter Garden. Pick ups are available after 2pm. Once confirmed pick up time, you will only have 15 minutes to pick up your order. Once that time frame has passed, you will have to contact us to schedule a different time, according to our availability.

All Holiday orders with shipments must be placed by Nov 30th while supplies last. Holiday shipments will go out from Dec. 13th to the 15th.
If you have a large order that exceeds our flat rate shipping, we will contact you for any additional fees needed. Any additional shipping costs should be paid before the shipping dates listed above to avoid any delays.
Unfortunately, we can only provide an estimated arrival date. Once it is shipped it is in the hands of the United States Post Office.
Please note: We are unable to guarantee proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they are delivered to the correct mailing addresses by our third party carriers (USPS). We are also unable to control extreme weather conditions or other situations that may delay packages already in transit. Shipping baked goods can risk possible damage due to movement during transport via carriers. The Cheat Day Factory does not take responsibility for damage due to carrier shipment/transport.
The Cheat Day Factory will ship all orders at least 10 days in advance. We will not asume any liability for orders lost in transit or if they do not arrive in time for Christmas time from our third party carrier.
We will only deliver orders on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, if you require a delivery on any of those days, we can schedule your delivery for the previous day.
For local delivery:
On "My Cart" shipping info, please select FLORIDA state and the delivery location's zip code. Please add the delivery info (Guest name, email address and Resort address) in the "Delivery Method" at checkout.

*We cover Local Resorts and surrounding areas.
*Delivery time frame is 8am to 5:30pm, due to volume of orders going out per day, we cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery.
