FAQ

How far out do you book and how do I order?

2 months for custom cakes, cheat treats and treat boxes. However, feel free to ask for any last-minute availability

On My Cart delivery info, please select Florida state and delivery location's zip code. Add important delivery info such as the lead guest name, confirmation # of the Resort's reservation, email address and Resort's name in the Delivery Details at the checkout page.

Pick up Policy

We're located in Winter Garden, around 20 minutes away from Disney Property. You'll receive a time slot 2 days prior pick up date via email.

Order changes

Any design or product changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior delivery date.

Delivery Policy

Local Delivery to Winter Garden, Windermere, Hamlin and Horizon West is $10.

Disney Resort Delivery is $12.

We offer delivery services to Front Desk or Bell Service of Disney Resorts and some Good Neighbor hotels. 

Disney Resort and Good Neighbor Hotels delivery are contactless.

Our delivery time frame to Disney Resorts and Surrounding areas is from 2pm to 7:30pm. This time may be affected by weather and/or traffic conditions. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Confirmation number of the reservation and full name of the lead guest are required to request our delivery services. 

Universal & Sea World Resort delivery is not available at the moment.

Front desk must be able to hold order for other Non-Disney Resorts. Delivery fee may increase.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior delivery date to be eligible for refund.

Cancellations within 14 days and 48 hours prior delivery date, are eligible to a 95% refund of the total order value. The remaining 5% will be used to cover processing fees and administrative costs associated with order cancellations. 

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund. These refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for lost or damaged products are not guaranteed but may be given on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for items not picked up from the Resort.

Cottage Act Disclaimer

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. This is not an Allergy-free kitchen.

At The Cheat Day Factory, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice.

​Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. The Cheat Day Factory will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.

 

 Cheat Treats

OVEN FRESH - Our products are made the way life intended, free from nasty preservatives. Therefore, we encourage you to enjoy them as close as possible to delivery.
STORAGE - If you must and you shouldn't.... we recommend an airtight container. For longer periods we recommend freezing. When ready to enjoy, let it sit out at room temperature for about two hours. Do not microwave or use oven from a frozen state.
                         
Cakes
Please keep cakes refrigerated as they're best served left cold until 45 mins before serving.
All custom designer cake orders must be placed 4 weeks prior to event.
Any custom designer cake order placed within seven days of the event date will be subject to a $35 rush fee.
All custom designer cake orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer on the day your order is placed. The delivery date for your custom cake will not be locked in until a retainer is received. 
Your custom cake order must be paid and completed 2 days before delivery date.
